San Fransisco Data School (SFDS) wanted more than a funnel design. They wanted to make sure that any design that was built was built with purpose and would convert at a very high level. The best way to hedge for that was to do full, comprehensive strategy around their ideal customer, funnel strategy, product creation, fulfillment, branding, and marketing.
A sales funnel only works when everything else within the business is clear and aligned with the market. The data analytics space is extremely competitive with much larger companies pushing bigger ad spends, more content, and more complex schools/programs. To combat that, we targeted the students (or potential students) that were overwhelmed with the complexity of data analytics and showed them how to become highly proficient with just a few simple skills.
Create an enticing headline that called out the ideal market
Added testimonials and credibility to establish authority in the marketplace to increase the “trust factor”

Front end low-ticket products, when optimized, rarely make a profit. They’re really designed to cut ad costs, break even, and drive a ton of traffic to what really makes the company money - upsells and backend offers. We wanted to give the customer an amazing upsell experience that made them excited for another product, NOT left feeling like something was being jammed down their throat at the last second.
We strategically designed a beautiful upsell page that was easy to navigate, read, and make a decision on. We then paired that design with strong copy that elevated the product and gave value to the customer. Matched with a respectable price, this upsell sold like hot cakes.
