In today’s age, it's difficult for your standard website to convert traffic into leads or optimally rank on Google for SEO.

This site can be classified as a “hybrid site.” It looks like a website in the sense that it has a lot of information about the company, on the different products offered, information about their flagship program, and a bio from their head coach, Alex.
Website VS. Authority Site:
The main difference in an authority site is though it looks like a website, it acts like a sales funnel. You’ll notice no links to separate pages. There’s no “contact, pricing, or about” buttons that deviate from this main page. It’s all on one fast loading, hyper-focused, SEO optimized page!
This prevents potential leads from beginning to read about a service, getting distracted with a different button, clicking it, then ultimately leaving the website - such is the case for most websites, hence why they do such a poor job at turning traffic into paying business.
