DropFunnels White Label Agreement

The DropFunnels White Label allows you to resell and manage your own SaaS platform, utilizing our tech infrastructure and resources. There are no long legal agreements, instead, this black and white digital handshake for a win-win deal.

  1. PRICING - Base Option: $20/license (user) per month. Minimum 50 licenses. DFY Support Option: $25/license includes technical support with an embedded ticketing widget in the software, DFY support option carries a 100 license minimum. New licenses can be added it 50 site increments. Total support time (on the DFY support option) cannot exceed 40 hours per month. Does not include billing support, and requires separate merchant processing. Additional support reps can be sourced directly from DropFunnels at $20/hour. White label partner agrees to make payments on time. A lapse in payment over 5 days of the due date may incur interest fees on the late payment.
  2. PLANS - You can create any plan with the available features, and resell for any amount. You cannot (and won't want to) sell a lifetime license. You CAN provide the software as a bundle to any other program or product. 
  3. TERM - There are no long term contracts. You may exit this agreement with a minimum of 45 days notice, made in writing, to wind down the software. This is a month to month agreement. 
  4. CONDITIONS - DropFunnels may adjust this agreement with written notification to the white label owner at any time. 
  5. ABUSE - in the case of abuse of the platform or significant tech costs associated with white label use, DropFunnels will notify white label partner of additional costs incurred and invoice for immediate remuneration. 
  6. LEGAL - White label owner is responsible for all legal, taxation, or any other liability associated with the representation or sales of the platform, and holds harmless DropFunnels LLC from any liability of harm for the entirety of the term and beyond. Terms of service, privacy policies, sales terms or any other legal constraints do not extend to the white label partner.
  7. EXIT OR ACQUISITION - In the case of a merger or acquisition of the property, white label partner will consult with DropFunnels to commence an agreement for approval of transition of ownership. In the case of DropFunnels being acquired, no warranties of transfer are guaranteed. However, we'll do our best to make the transition amicable and acceptable to all parties.
  8. TEMPLATES AND THEMES - DropFunnels will make attempts at assisting the white label partner to recreate templates or assist with finding vendors to fulfill funnel or page template needs. All responsibility of page templates or any default content in the application is upon the white label partner. 
  9. WARRANTIES - DropFunnels makes no warranties or guarantees of specific outcomes or circumstances surrounding the nature of the white label relationship or business success. 
  10. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES - There may be unforeseen circumstances that neither party is aware of when entering this agreement. Both parties agree to address any issues directly with the other partner to find an amicable solution to any problem that may arise.
