The DropFunnels Onboarding Partnership serves three main functions...

1. To provide DropFunnels users with the utmost level of support and care to maximize their success in business.
2. To keep people on the DropFunnels platform, increasing ARR.
3. To provide Certified Partners with a lead flow that gives them more opportunity to earn revenue for their businesses.

Participation Investment:

20% rev share, paid to DropFunnels, on all services sold to DropFunnels leads

You (also hereby known as "the Client," "Undersigned," or "I") Commit To:

• Being provided leads directly from DropFunnels.
• Sharing necessary personal information with DropFunnels to formulate a binding partnership.
• Being added to a rotating calendar (DropFunnels covers costs) for leads to schedule onboarding calls with.
• Being kind, courteous, and punctual with all leads.
• To be respectful at all times, on time to all scheduled onboarding meetings, and represent the DropFunnels brand appropriately.
• Only promote DropFunnels as their main software.

Engagement Terms:

• DropFunnels may terminate this partnership at any time. In such occurrence, the Undersigned will be notified in writing.
• If this agreement is terminated or violated, revenue sharing will stop immediately.

Revenue Share Disclosure:

• Revenue share payments to DropFunnels must be made within three (3) days of the following month. For example, January revenue is due February 3rd.
• There is no refund from revenue payments made to DropFunnels.

Engagement Adherence Requirements:

• The Client may only run payments from an agreed upon payment gateway that both, the Client and DropFunnels can view to ensure proper adherence. Using outside payment sources not agreed upon will result in violation of this agreement and may result in legal action to recoup lost earnings.

Agreement Violations Disclosure:

Violating this agreement may result in the termination of the partnership between the Client and DropFunnels and in egregious cases, legal action to recoup lost earnings. Discretion of any action(s) will be determined by leadership of DropFunnels and the Client will be notified in writing.
